These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided by Core Digital Solutions, operating as a sole trader in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website, signing up for a trial, becoming a client, or using any services we provide, you (“Client”, “Customer”, “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. About Core Digital Solutions

Core Digital Solutions provides digital services including:

CRM setup via LeadConnector/GoHighLevel

Missed-call text-back systems

Booking and pipeline management

Messaging centralisation

Website creation (where included)

Performance summaries

Automations (where included)

Digital operations support

We are not a marketing agency or financial adviser.

We provide operational, CRM, and lead-management services only.

2. Service Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Be able to enter a legally binding agreement

Provide accurate business information

Use our services only for legal business purposes

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at any time.

3. Trials, Subscriptions & Billing

3.1 Free Trial Period

Core Digital Solutions may offer:

14 Day Results Trial (standard)

30 Day Extended Trials (affiliates, cold call programmes, or by agreement)

Trials require a setup call before activation.

3.2 Payment Details

Card details may be requested near the end of the trial.

No charges are made until the trial ends.

3.3 Subscription Renewal & Billing

After the trial, subscriptions renew monthly on a rolling basis unless cancelled.

Your subscription includes the features listed at the time of purchase.

3.4 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except where we choose to approve a discretionary refund case-by-case.

3.5 Cancellation

Clients can cancel anytime with:

No long-term contract

No cancellation fees

Immediate stop of future billing

Cancellation does not refund previous payments.

4. Service Description & Limitations

Core Digital Solutions provides digital tools and operational support.

We are not responsible for:

Your business results

Lead volume

Conversion rate

Sales performance

Missed calls caused by your equipment, phone carrier or network

Incorrect or incomplete setup information provided by you

Delays caused by external integration or DNS issues

We provide tools, configuration, and guidance — you retain full responsibility for your business outcomes.

5. Fair Use & Acceptable Behaviour

You agree NOT to:

Use our systems for spam

Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

Abuse the messaging system (excessive sending, harassment, bulk messaging that violates platform rules)

Use data without proper consent

Misrepresent our services

Use automations for illegal or deceptive activity

Integrate our tools into harmful or exploitative businesses

We may suspend accounts violating these rules.

6. Website, Funnel & Hosting Disclaimer

Core Digital Solutions may provide:

One-page websites

Basic landing pages

CRM-hosted funnels

We do not provide:

SEO guarantees

Graphic design beyond template layouts

Legal compliance for your industry

Hosting guarantees outside of LeadConnector infrastructure

Downtime or issues from LeadConnector are outside our control.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

We process client data strictly according to your instructions, as detailed in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

You agree that:

You are responsible for collecting consent from your users

You must comply with GDPR, PECR, and UK data laws

You will not upload or store unlawful data

8. Communication & Support

Standard Plan includes:

Email support

Setup guidance

Weekly performance summaries

Premium (when launched) will include:

Priority communication

WhatsApp access

Additional support calls

We do not guarantee 24/7 support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content created by Core Digital Solutions (templates, workflows, pages, designs, branding, automations) is licensed to you for use within your own business only.

You may not:

Resell our systems

Copy our funnels for other businesses

Create derivative work for commercial resale

Claim our intellectual property as your own

Training materials, templates, and systems remain our property.

10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

You acknowledge that our services rely on external providers

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by UK law:

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid in the previous 30 days.

You remain responsible for your own business decisions and compliance.

Core Digital Solutions is not responsible for any loss of revenue, missed opportunities, business damage, or client disputes arising from use of our systems.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

You violate these Terms

You engage in illegal activity

You misuse the system or breach fair use

You fail to pay subscription fees

You pose a risk to other users or to our infrastructure

Upon termination:

Access is revoked

Active automations may be stopped

All future billing ends

13. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update pricing, features, or these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

Continued use of our services indicates acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the United Kingdom.
