Affiliate Terms

CORE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS – AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Core Digital Solutions Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). By applying to join or by promoting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“Core Digital Solutions”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Core Digital Solutions (United Kingdom).

“You”, “your”, and “Affiliate” refer to the individual or entity participating in the Programme.

1. Eligibility & Approval

1.1. All applications are reviewed manually.

1.2. Approval is not guaranteed and may be declined at our sole discretion.

1.3. We may request additional information or ID verification.

1.4. We may remove or suspend any affiliate at any time if we believe:

they violate these terms,

their behaviour may damage our brand,

fraudulent or misleading activity is suspected, or

they pose any legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Affiliates removed for breach forfeit unpaid commissions.

2. Referral Requirements

2.1. A “Referral” is only valid when a new customer:

signs up using your unique affiliate link or code,

completes the onboarding call where applicable,

activates a paid subscription and completes first payment, and

has not been an existing or previous customer of Core Digital Solutions.

2.2. You may not refer yourself or your own businesses.

2.3. Any attempt to manipulate, mass-create fake accounts, or artificially generate sign-ups results in instant termination.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. Affiliates earn 10-40% recurring monthly commission (or the rate displayed on your affiliate dashboard).

3.2. Commissions are calculated on the customer’s active subscription total, excluding:

taxes,

chargebacks,

refunds,

discounts/credits.

3.3. Pre-Agreed Initial payment is made on first paid month of your referrals

3.3. Commissions are paid out monthly, after the refund/chargeback safety window (normally 30 days).

3.4. Payments are processed through Wise / Stripe Payouts.

3.5. It is your responsibility to ensure your payout details are correct.

4. Performance-Based Advancement

4.1. Higher-tier affiliates may be offered optional:

setup call training,

access to advanced resources,

ability to onboard clients directly,

priority support.

4.2. These opportunities are based entirely on performance and behaviour and are not guaranteed.

This is not a multi-level or network marketing scheme.

Affiliates earn only from their direct referrals.

5. Marketing Rules (Very Important)

You agree to follow all of the following:

5.1. Honest Representation

You must not:

make false income guarantees,

misrepresent our software,

promise outcomes we do not offer,

present Core Digital Solutions as a “get rich quick”, “passive income”, or “no work required” opportunity.

5.2. Legal & Responsible Promotion

You must not use:

spam, cold email blasts, or unsolicited messaging,

misleading advertising,

fake scarcity, fake testimonials, or AI-generated identities,

paid ads on our brand name without permission.

5.3. Brand Protection

Do not:

pretend to be Core Digital Solutions,

alter our logo,

create unofficial support groups or pages presenting yourself as staff.

You may refer to yourself as an

“Independent Affiliate Partner of Core Digital Solutions”.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes

6.1. If a referred customer requests a refund or issues a chargeback, any associated commission is revoked.

6.2. If the customer cancels, your recurring commission stops immediately.

6.3. You agree not to encourage customers to falsely dispute charges.

6.4. Affiliates may be removed permanently for:

high dispute rates,

encouraging false expectations,

misleading clients.

7. Your Responsibilities

By joining the Programme, you agree:

✔ You are solely responsible for how you promote Core Digital Solutions.

✔ You use your own marketing channels at your own risk.

✔ You comply with all laws including advertising, privacy, data protection, GDPR, and platform policies.

✔ You will not hold Core Digital Solutions liable for losses relating to:

your marketing activities,

your business operations,

client interactions outside our platform,

any representations you make personally.

You operate independently. We are not responsible for your results, income, or business decisions.

8. Our Liability Limitations (Your Protection)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We provide no guarantee of earnings.

Your use of the programme is at your own risk.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability to you will never exceed the total commissions you earned in the previous 30 days.

You agree that Core Digital Solutions is not responsible for:

your leads, marketing materials, or sales claims,

any misunderstandings between you and prospects,

delays due to platform downtime or third-party processors,

rejected payout transactions caused by incorrect details.

9. Data Protection & Conduct

9.1. You must comply with GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, and platform rules.

9.2. You must not store, share, or misuse customer data.

9.3. You may not claim to represent Core Digital Solutions customer support.

9.4. You may not collect payments on our behalf without explicit written permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate your affiliate status immediately for:

misuse of our brand,

misleading sales behaviour,

fraudulent or unethical conduct,

violation of these terms.

All decisions are final.

Upon termination:

all unpaid commissions are forfeited,

your link and code become inactive,

you must stop promoting us immediately.

11. Changes to the Programme

We reserve the right to:

update commission rates,

modify the programme structure,

change payout systems,

update these terms at any time.

Changes take effect once published on our website.

12. Acceptance

By participating in the Core Digital Solutions Affiliate Programme, you certify that:

✔ You have read and understood these Terms

✔ You agree to comply fully

✔ You understand that approval is discretionary

✔ You understand that earnings depend on your performance

✔ You operate independently and not as an employee, partner, or agent
